About Me

Welcome, Wild Soul.

You’re not here by accident.
You’ve felt it, that quiet nudge to slow down. To reconnect.
To eat what heals, grow what matters, and remember who the hell you are.

This space was built for you.

For the barefoot garden beginners.
The women questioning the system.
The ones who are tired of feeling tired and ready to feel alive.

I know, because I’ve been there too.

Hey, I’m Jayde - but you can call me JJ.

And Wild Earthen Soul was never meant to be a brand.
It was a reclamation.

A soul-led return to the woman I was always meant to be, beneath the habits, the noise, and the pressure to keep pushing.

I traded chaos for calm.
Swapped alcohol for herbal tea.
Sugar for nourishment.
Busy for being.
And for the first time in a long time… I started choosing me.

I planted herbs with intention.
I got my hands in the soil and remembered what it felt like to slow down.
I read ingredients, grew veggies, and filled my body with real food instead of quick fixes.

And somewhere between the dirt and the doing, I found something worth sharing.

Not a brand.
A movement.
A remembering.

Wild Earthen Soul is here for those who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, their food, and the sacred rhythm of nature.

You don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to begin.

And if you’re here, maybe that beginning starts now.

Come walk with me x

The Journey Beneath the Surface

I didn’t come to this life by accident, I was raised in it.
Some of my earliest memories are barefoot in the backyard, helping my grandparents pick from their veggie patch, tasting sun-warmed strawberries and crunching peas straight from the pod.

Back then, I didn’t know it was sacred. I just knew it felt right.
Real. Alive. Home.

But somewhere along the way, I forgot.
Life got louder. Faster.
Convenience crept in, and nature slipped through the cracks.

Until one day, I heard the whisper again...
“Come back.”

So I did.

I started with a herb garden.
I swapped the quick fixes for wholefoods.
I slowed down, listened in, and began to rebuild from the roots up.

So if you're feeling that same whisper...
To come back to the soil.
To remember what matters.
To root down and rise gently...

🌿 You’re in the right place.

Let’s walk this path together, one seed, one step, one sacred moment at a time.

What I Know Now

The soil holds more wisdom than most self-help books.
